Measuring: Using a soft measuring tape, determine the circumference of the dog's chest and back by wrapping the measuring tape under the chest and over the back, directly behind the front legs. Measure the circumference of the neck by wrapping the measuring tape around the base of the neck, slightly above where the neck meets the chest and back.
