What is the KUIU return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Returns can be initiated through our online portal, and a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, KUIU ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
How should I care for my technical waterproof gear?
To maintain the performance of your DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, we recommend machine washing in cold water with a technical detergent like Nikwax and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the water-repellency.
